“The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. “Staff was AMAZING, lots of parking, super clean and gorgeous rooms. Unfortunately the spa was closed for women when we were there and they don’t allow tattoos so my partner couldn’t use the men’s spa”

“They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village.”

“This hotel had an amazing view, property was well kept and clean. There was a pool but it was empty when we got there. We didn’t need extra sleeping bags since there was only two of us, but maybe bring your own pillowcase if you are a big group. Other than that I would recommend this hotel, also a lot of food places near by!”
